Here’s supper, I mean Breakfast, Whatever Just Eat!!!

I feel my cooking skills are passable. I make a few things really well (if I do say so myself) But most meals are okay and all meals and quick and simple.
The other day I was wasting some time on pinterest when I found a wonderfully easy yet creative way to make ham and eggs.
So I thought I would share.

Ingredients:
  • slices of ham
  • eggs
  • grated cheese
  • seasoning
  • and/or anything else you like on your eggs
Directions:
  • Spray muffin tins with Pam.
  •   Line each cup with a slice of deli ham
  • Break an egg gently into each ham cup.
  • Season with salt and pepper...sprinkle with chopped basil and cheese (or chives or your herb of choice).
  • Bake at 350' F for about 15 minutes or so depending on how you like your eggs.
  • Remove from pan and serve immediately and Enjoy!!!
